 On the first day of use, practice the application and removal of the device. You should take a 10 minute break every two hours, so the tissues of the penis can relax. These resting periods are mandatory. In an advanced stadium of the treatment you must take a break every 1,5 hours. During the break, you should slightly massage the penis. It is recommended to wear the device pointing upwards. Wear a slip or boxer and a loose pair of trousers or dress pants, place the device pointing a little bit to the side.
